Terms of Use
The agreement between you and Lumerexa for using Lexora. Last updated 17 September 2026.

A tool that reads, not one that acts
Lexora reads the Google Sheets you connect, checks them against a set of rules, and reports findings with the cells and figures they rest on. It is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google LLC.
- Nothing is written to your spreadsheet unless you apply a fix, and every fix can be undone.
- Findings show their evidence, and they can still be wrong.
- Cancel at any time; deletion removes your data.
You are responsible for what you do with a finding
A finding is a deterministic reading of your sheet, and it can be wrong: a column can be recognised as the wrong thing, a legitimate value can look like an anomaly. Every finding shows its evidence so you can check it. When you apply a fix you are approving that exact change, shown to you cell by cell first. You remain responsible for the decisions you take on the basis of a finding, for your spreadsheet, and for connecting only spreadsheets you have the right to share with us.
Who you let in is up to you
Keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you think someone else has access. Where a plan allows several people in one organisation, you are responsible for who you invite and for what they do with the spreadsheets they can see.
Billed in advance, cancel any time
The free plan is free and does not expire. Paid plans are billed in advance through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, and can be cancelled at any time; you keep what you paid for until the end of the period. Plan limits are enforced by the service and shown on the pricing page. A trial needs no card and simply ends.
What you may not do with it
Do not use Lexora to process data you have no right to process, to probe or overload the service, or to resell access without our agreement.
What we can and cannot promise
We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will never be interrupted, and Google’s services, which Lexora depends on, can change or fail. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months, and we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of a finding.
Leave whenever you like
You can revoke Lexora’s access from your Google Account at any time, and ask us to delete your organisation; deletion removes its spreadsheets, findings, history and credentials. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Connect a sheet. See what is wrong in a minute.
Pick a spreadsheet, and the first findings are waiting before you have finished reading this page.
Nineteen rules in three families, and what each one points at. No account needed to read it.
What Lexora can see, what it keeps, whether it changes your sheet, and what happens to false alarms.
Start free and stay free if one sheet is all you need. Paid plans add more sheets, watching, and one-click fixes.
